Testing Chatbots and RAG applications

Anybody has experience in testing Chatbots and RAG applications? I understand testing such applications have the traditional testing plus the LLM related testing as well. Curious to know what approach worked or u think will work. Also any tools that helped with such testing. Looking forward for a great discussion.
