If someone asked you to recommend a tool to them for manual exploration of data where they wanted to monitor, edit and replay WebSocket data, what tool would you recommend and why?

One suggestion so far is

ZAP an open source security tool which can be used to monitor, edit and resend web socket data . It also can be integrated to jenkins for continuous delivery.
