Tooltip “required” appears when hovering over mandatory field indicator (*)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Job board page
  2. Click on Add Job
  3. Hover mouse over the mandatory indicator (*) near Job Title
  4. Observe the tooltip

This appears to be caused by a misplaced required or title attribute on a non-input element.

Actual Result

Tooltip with text “required” is displayed on hover over the mandatory indicator.

Expected Result

No tooltip should be displayed when hovering over the mandatory indicator.
Validation message should appear only on form submission.

Could the team please look into this and apply a fix?
