With 2020 coming close to an end, what are you looking forward to in 2021?

Things to get to ānormalā?! Hopefully, but also not getting my hopes up too much.
In terms of things I can actually controlā¦ getting more involved in MoT again. I used to be on here a lot but then life got in the way 
Iām going to start a blog next week or so, mainly for myself to track how Iām doing and somewhere to dump my thoughts.
I sat down yesterday and actually created a proper personal development plan, so thatās exciting to get going. I feel like I have time to learn things, but I lack the direction. Spending all day yesterday with it has definitely helped and I no longer feel lost.
Oh, and I have Open Uni modules starting in Feb! So excited to be progressing my degree again after pausing becauseā¦ well, 2020.
Now Iāve written it down it seems I have a lot to look forwards to!

Iād like to think life will be a bit more normal, but Iām not sure yet. I think Iām getting used to the routine of remote working though.
Professionally, Iām really looking forward to the startup I work for growing, and the role Iāll get to play in that, from recruitment, shift-lefty goodness and much more. Iām also going to attempt to enter the CFP game again. Iām hoping that the Testing Peers podcast will continue to be a big part of my life and that I blog and read more too!
Personally, my boys have come on in leaps and bounds this year and Iām loving seeing them grow. And we are hoping to relocate to South Wales, which is something Iām really excited about.

Iām looking forward to continue meeting and speaking to many more people from the testing world, sharing knowledge and learning more!
Iām looking forward to growing my team and helping push the quality bar higher as the airline industry hopefully gets back on its feet
Iām looking forward to hopefully getting back to physical meet-up events for MoTBucks with @wildtests but either way ensuring exciting events happen virtually in the meantime
Iām looking forward to the Testing Peers podcast continuing to grow and hopefully finally get to meet the other peers in person for real Beers with the Peers!
And personally, Iām looking forward to helping my boys grow into amazing humans, maybe taking them to their first football match and continuing to enjoy time together.

I cannot wait for 2021.
The family has lots of postponed fun to look forward to, holidays, weddings and family parties galore. Hoping to finally see my bro in Chicago - he moved out five years ago and Iām still yet to see him in his new natural habitat.
Professionally, Iāve set myself a goal of speaking at my first in person international conference next year, and have already started filling in cfpās. Wish me luck!
Meeting lots of the folk in the testing community in person next year will hopefully happen too - itās nice online but there isnāt really any substitute for sharing a brew and a chat face to face, and there are several people Iām properly looking forward to meeting.
Work-wise Iāve moved into an architecture team focussing on back end azure devops micro services type testing goodness this year, and Iāve enjoyed getting to grips with that. My team are awesome, so I donāt have any earth shattering changes I want to make on that side of things next year - just more of the same!
