Starting a new project is always fun. But it is also a chance to correct your mistakes from your previous projects.
In our company, we work on the setup and discovery process during sprint 0 and from a testing perspective, I setup a few things based on our checklist and we constantly update it to include new learnings.
What’s in your checklist. Here are some important ones in mine.
- Test plan
- Establish test environments
- Establish ways of working
- Go through user research findings and target audience
- Go through analytics data of existing product to gauge audience (common devices, demographic, etc)
