What would be your ideal talk to see at TestBash Core Skills?

I’d love to see someone share about how we can reflect better on what we do as testers and share that learning with others. But what would you suggest?

Who know it’s might end up on the TestBash Core Skills line up :slight_smile:

My ideal talk would either include or be on subjects such as;

  • How to improve your exploratory testing skills
  • How to avoid assumptions and biases (as much as we are able)
  • How to communicate at different levels and manage conflict (@scottkenyon has done some brilliant work in this area)
  • How to improve bug reports so they have all relevant information required and actionable insights
  • How to train testers in core skills
