Where are the AI testers?

It came up in discussion during today’s :date: This Week in Testing.

Who is testing “the AI”? Tools like ChatGPT, Bard, Pi and CircleChat.

Where do the testers/engineers/qa folks exist and how can we connect with them? Is there somebody in your network who would know?

I think it would be really interesting to get inside the black box of these AI tools and to understand what test approach folks are using and how they are exploring risks.

Where do the AI testers hang out? Let’s find them and start some discussions!

Well, users, I guess. So, we are? :sweat_smile:

It was, of course, a silly joke, in a way. But I wonder if some of those models have testers without strict NDAs.

What I am wondering is, where are testers of tools made using ChatGPT (and others)?
There are so many of them right now seeking funding. Wonder how many of them have Quality Assurance at all.

I was helping a few of them just as a consultant as they don’t have anyone apart from 1-2 devs.
