I was listening to TWiT today and loved the idea of a running club.
Since we’re spread across different cities and countries, why not do it virtually?
How it could work:
Set your own pace (walk, jog, or run!).
Share your progress in the group (steps, distance, or just a fun pic from your route).
Motivate each other with cheers, tips, or even silly memes that we could add to MoT meme
Walking and running aren’t just great for our bodies, they also boost mental health, reduce stress, and help with focus!
Ashutosh @thetesternextdoor mentioned returning to running and I should return to my daily walks too
I’m even thinking of creating a weekly meetup event for this
