Who wants to participate in Virtual MoT running club?

Hey everyone!

I was listening to TWiT today and loved the idea of a running club. :sparkles:
Since we’re spread across different cities and countries, why not do it virtually?
How it could work:

  • Set your own pace (walk, jog, or run!).
  • Share your progress in the group (steps, distance, or just a fun pic from your route).
  • Motivate each other with cheers, tips, or even silly memes that we could add to MoT meme :wink:

Walking and running aren’t just great for our bodies, they also boost mental health, reduce stress, and help with focus!
Ashutosh @thetesternextdoor mentioned returning to running and I should return to my daily walks too

I’m even thinking of creating a weekly meetup event for this :thinking:

So as one more day come to end, i have walked bit less than earlier but it’s still good in terms of numbers :slightly_smiling_face:

We could use Strava for this, there’s actually an old MoT group there already.

Im on Strava, I’ve been slacking recently but looking to get back in to it!!

I ran pretty much every day. I am on Strava, Nike Running Club and Garmin. :grinning_face: I have already joined MoT Strava group.
