Expected Salary in Dubai/UAE for 12+ yoe Automation Test Lead?

Hi Folks,

Can anyone shed light on the salary expectation as per UAE law for 12+ yoe in Software testing ?

And what are the benefits one can expect from company to sponsor like work visa, Am travel allowance, Food, Insurance etc.

In any country the salary varies according to company status.

So even if its is UAE the salary may vary company to company for Automation Test Lead.

As far as I have seen many factors influence the salary like how much company has budget, what’s ur experience, ur last CTC and most importantly how good your interview was.

Still I would suggest to check glassdoor and ambition box for more clarity on salary of the particular organizations in which you are seeking test lead position.
