Gherkin language course recommendations

Hi all,

I have been putting off writing test cases for a while in my current role. However, the need has arisen now for two reasons:

  1. So that a new member of support staff can follow the test cases and help with regression
  2. As a reference point to make automated tests from

I decided on gherkin as we used it somewhat loosely in a previous role. However, it seems my memory of it is pretty vague. I have done some reading online, including a helpful helpful guide that was recommended here: BDD | Automation Panda

My company is very good about training so if anyone knows of a good online course, especially one that focuses on getting the language side right, then I would love to hear about it.
