Thanks for posting, Iām a junior tester and will follow this podcast @sjprior. Listening to the CVās episode at the moment and itās very useful even though Iām not currently looking for a new role.
Passion was a big word that was mentioned in the episode. For a tester like me who doesnāt know where they are headed yet, what if you donāt know your āpassionā? Can it be ābuiltā up? I donāt know about you, but I donāt like the word āpassionā because it brings up the image of people āeither have it or notā. Itās probably a whole episode itself but I just wanted to put that out there as a listener.
