Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 Kindness: Be Kind to Yourself Saturday

After a week of fantastic suggestions from @gemma.hill1987, it’s important that we remember to be kind to ourselves.

Today, Gem suggests that we

Do a random act of kindness for yourself.

I’m going to bake peanut butter cookies (gluten-free), make an ice cream sandwich with them and sit outside listening to the wildlife for a while. Weather permitting of course.
