Hello, please consider participating in this qualitative study investigating how job titles affect the feelings of satisfaction, esteem, and belonging in the workplace for software quality assurance professionals. Completing this survey will help support my research as a graduate student at Miami University and be used to create guidance for hiring managers, HR professionals, and recruiters in the development of job titles that are most preferred for testers.
