Here is my personal experience taking that risk walking on the edge, hands-free circumnavigation on Canada’s highest building. 
I’ve had a go at this - I think risk and our approach to managing isn’t black and white no matter how much we assume it should be!

A little late, sorry. I started writing this, but then ended up with writers block and wasn’t sure how to finish it. I was inspired by a twitter post to give this another chance, and have finally managed to complete and publish it.
