I’ve had some individual success after going to @ajreynolds (Alex Reynolds’ )brilliant workshop on habit forming - can anyone who has implemented any team-based habits give me some advice?
This is a great view point and team habits are an interesting thing to get into.
Even doing a team habit map may be an interesting starting point. Perhaps looking at key ceremonies and how people interact or behave in them. Or attitudes to quality knowledge and principles.
Your entering into much more human centred skills with this type of thing. So relationships, perceptions and awareness of interpersonal approaches as well as a person’s psychological safety in that moment I think will impact on the outcomes of this type of exercise.
Really interested to see what anyone else has done.
