In the company I am working in the test team are expected to test the business support applications as well as the business applications that the users use. Some of these support applications are accessed from add ins in Outlook. Because of various underlying upgrades we are manually testing these very often and the IT Manager is expecting us to automate these. I haven’t automated web applications web applications yet so have no idea where to start. Has anyone any experience of automating the testing of Outlook Add Ins to make sure they continue to work as expected?
