I was wondering if anyone had any advice on best practice for environments management?
I am aware of all the aspects required but haven’t been hands on in this space for many years. Last time I played around in this area we used a combination of Plutora to manage the builds and track configuration, but now I find myself in a green field site where we need much more gaps filled wrt DEV, TEST and STAGING environments:
Harnesses
Stubs
OS builds
Azure server builds
Configuration Mgmt
Build Mgmt
Release Mgmt
This is a big gap to fill but luckily I have the business behind me, but just wanted to know if anyone has any best practice in this area?
