So we had our first collaborative session on the 3rd December to identify learning outcomes for the first meetup session: ‘What is testing’. Below is what we’ve captured so far which are open to review and discussion until our next session on the 17th December
By the end of the lesson the learner will be able to:
- List reasons why we do software testing
- Explore different definitions of software testing
- Critique misconceptions about software testing
After session outcomes (Outcomes for activities carried out after the meetup on The Club):
- Research different subjects, knowledge and skills that a tester requires
- Identify and explore the traits of a software tester
- Produce a personal definition of what software testing is
